My design practice is very multi-disciplinary, and I'm fortunate enough to have worked on a very wide range of projects, with a very exciting collection of different people. Integral to my design practice is an interest in writing. For everyday updates and observations, with an emphasis on design for service subscribe to my blog
I currently work at Conchango as a user experience consultant. Prior to this I worked for three years at Engine Service Design. Whilst working at Engine I supported and led a wide range of diverse service design projects working for clients such as Nokia Design, Mercedes-Benz, BAA and Birmingham City University.
These projects have been broad in range and deep in scope. Project types have included disruptive service innovation initiatives, detailed service design specifications and internal service design process transformation. Much of this work is confidential, and some of it appears on the Engine website case studies pages.
Alongside my day job I consult on the design of websites and online interactive projects for small organisations with Jaimes Nel through our consultancy Allotment. Organisations we've worked with include:

We've also consulted on online strategy for Wearewhatwedo and published the paper Web Strategy as Organisational Strategy
