Services are the new frontier of interaction design »« Helvetica: Should it have a point of view?
Many people think that the dissatisfaction with services can be explained by the fact that services are intangible therefore more difficult to standardize and that customers expectations are raising continuously. However I have another explanation. Most services failed because they have been poorly design. So it’s not marketing but a design issue.
